When you request an estimate, you give us your name, phone number, email, city or zip code, the kind of work you need, when you are available, how you heard about us, any photos you attach, and whatever you write in the message. You also choose whether to check the box consenting to text messages.

If you call, text or email us, we keep your contact details and the details of the job so we can follow up and do the work.

Each estimate request is stamped with technical details used to tell real requests from automated spam: the IP address it came from, the approximate city and region that address points to, the time zone your browser reports, and how long the page was open before you sent it.

We use privacy-focused website analytics that count visits and referring sites in total. It sets no cookies, builds no advertising profile and does not follow you to other websites.

We do not use advertising or retargeting trackers on this website.

Service providers who help us run the business, and only for that purpose: website and form hosting, email, texting and payment processing.

Professional advisors (accounting, legal, insurance) where reasonably needed, and law enforcement where required by law or to investigate fraud.

That is the whole list. We do not trade, rent or sell your information, and none of these include your text messaging opt-in data or consent.

Requests that do not turn into a job are kept up to 24 months, then removed. Customer records are kept as long as tax, contract and insurance obligations require. Opt-out records are kept indefinitely so we never text you again after you say stop.

The website runs over an encrypted connection, and form submissions travel encrypted. Access to your information is limited to the people doing your job. No system can be promised immune to every attack, but we keep what we collect to what the job needs.

Texas residents have rights under the Texas Data Privacy and Security Act to confirm whether we hold their personal data, get a copy, correct it, delete it, and opt out of targeted advertising, sale or profiling. We do not sell personal data or use it for targeted advertising or profiling.
