- We do the work. On the day we said, floors covered, mess hauled.
- We make it right. We walk it with you at the end and fix anything that isn't.

Does my HOA need to approve exterior colors?
Many neighborhoods here do, The Woodlands included. Check your community rules first; we can work from the approved color list.
Do you paint occupied homes?
Yes. We work room by room and keep the rest of the house livable.
